1) Epsom Salt

Honey can be added in modest amounts to help sweeten the tea, however it is not necessary. The tea by itself without sweetener is actually healthier for you.

When you are in pain one thing that you can always try is a nice hot relaxing bath. The steam from the bath water and the warmth of the actual bath water will help relax your muscles and relieve any tension that you may have.

Most pain that people experience involves muscles and one of leading causes of muscle pain is dehydration. Dehydration occurs when you don’t drink enough water. To avoid dehydration and pain in your body try to drink eight glasses of water a day. You might even have to drink more depending on what type of weather climate you live in and also how much you exercise. Hydrating your body this way can help keep your blood circulating smoothly and in turn keep your muscles healthy.
5) Excluding Processed Foods and Intoxicants
By saying no to coffee, candy, fast food, alcohol, and tobacco you are protecting your body from harm. All of these things may be tempting for you to do but none of them have any good results, they only harm your body. These items are not just bad nutritionally but they can mess your body up by slowing down your blood circulation and cause dehydration by giving your body too much salt or sugar. This unhealthy lifestyle can lead to many different pains such as muscle pain, stomach pain, back pain, and neck pain. If you suffer from frequent pains it is best if you avoid all of these unhealthy foods and beverages.
