1) Diet
The most important natural remedy for coronary treatment heart disease is diet. This is a disease of an industrialized society that has departed from natural foods in favor of highly refined, high fat foods. The average American gets 47% of his or her calories in fat and it should be no more than 10%. Our triglycerides are off the chart because the average American eats 160 pounds of sugar every year – nearly a half a pound a day! Manufacturers put sugar in everything. Our bodies did not evolve over 100,000 years consuming that quantity of fat and sugar. Bottles of oil did not grow on trees for our hunter gatherer ancestors. Heart attacks are caused by inflammation. Small inflamed pustules form on the inside of our arteries. When they rupture they can form a dangerous blood clot.
Onion Juice
Most of our fat is from Omega-6 oils (most vegetable oils) which are inflammatory. Sugar also has an inflammatory effect on the body. Meat and dairy should be given up entirely or greatly curtailed. The fat in meat and dairy is saturated fat which is known to contribute greatly to this disease. We can plainly see that cultures who still eat their traditional diet, have little or no coronary heart diseases. This is true for most of Asia as they consume little meat, no dairy and little fat. Africa as well. When these people move to a western society and eat the rich refined diet, they too develop Coronary Heart Disease.
2) Onion Juice
Every morning while your stomach is still empty, take a teaspoon of freshly juiced onion juice. This is very useful for controlling cholesterol in the blood. A great home remedy for coronary heart disease is to eat grapes. It is good to either eat grapes whole or to juice them. Also Honey is regarded as helpful. It is a tonic for the heart and can aid in regaining normal blood circulation in the body.
