Essentials for diagnosis 
(1) Epigastric pain is the chief symptom.

(2) The disease is accompanied by stuffiness, fullness or distension, eructation, acid regurgitation, gastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting, etc.

(3) The onset of the disease is related to improper diet, emotional distress, overstrain and cold.
