Fructus Corni (Shanzhuyu) 250g
Schisandra fruit, Fruatus Schisandrae 100g
Walnut kernel, Semen Juglandis 1000g
Crystal sugar 500g
PROCESS: Soak the schisandra fruit in cold water in an earthenware pot for half an hour, then decoct it over slow fire until it becomes thick juice. Place the walnut kernel in a big ceramic basin and soak it with the thick juice of schisandra fruit. Half an hour later, mix the dogwood fruit into them and put the crystal sugar on the mixture, then cover the basin and steam with the basin in boiling water for three hours. Steam the sweets every three days, 15 minutes each time.
DIRECTIONS: To be taken with warm boiled water after chewed carefully, 3 times a day, 10g each time.
