ORIGIN: The milk of Bos taurus domesticus or Bubalus bubalis [Bovidae].
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Containing protein (mainly casein, albumin and globulin), fat, carbohydrate calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C and nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, pyridoxol, biotin, folic acid, inositol and orotic acid.
NATURE, FLAVOR AND CHANNEL TROPISM: Sweet in flavor and neutral in nature, acting on the channels of the heart, lung and stomach.
