INGREDIENTS
Fresh rose, Flos Rosa Rugosa 50g
Sheep (or goat) heart 50g
Salt, Sal Communis 50g
PROCESS: Put the roses in a small aluminium pan, add salt, heat it for ten minutes and let it cool for later use; wash the sheep heart clean, cut it into cubes about 5 cm in length 3 cm in width, and l cm in thickness, string them on a skewer to roast them over an open fire, dip them repeatedly in the salty rose decoction while roasting them. Stop roasting when they are done but slightly tender.
DIRECTIONS: Take it after it is done.
EFFICACY: Nourishing the heart, tranquilizing the mind and alleviating mental depression.
INDICATIONS: Deficiency ofthe heart-blood, manifested as palpitation,Tinnitus, Insomnia, Depressive Syndrome, melancholy, etc.
