INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  3000g
Powder of Chinese yam, Pulvis Rhizomatis Dioscoreae (Shanyao)  1500g
Egg  10
Fresh ginger, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens  5g
Soy bean flour  200g
Salt, lard, pepper powder, green Chinese onion, gourmet powder

PROCESS: Put wheat flour, Chinese yam powder and soy oean flour into a basin, add eggs, water and salt, just the right amount each, to make dough; roll it out into a thin piece and cut it into noodles. Put just the right amount of water in an aluminium pan; put in lard, green Chinese onion and fresh ginger; heat it until the water boils, then, put in noodles (as many as one can consume at a time). Go on heating until the noodles are done. Put in gourmet powder and salt to season it.

DIRECTIONS: It can be taken as meals.      .
