Neurasthenia is another name for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. It means the weakness of the nervous system. Neurasthenia is characterized by general lassitude, irritability, lack of concentration, worry, and hypochondria. Neurasthenia is a mental disorder triggered by stress or anxiety.
