Ingredients
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) 12 g,
Cortex Cinnamomi (Rougui) 9 g,
Zhi Gan Cao 6 g,
Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao) 18 g,
Fructus Jujubae (Dazao) 6 dates,
Rhizoma Zingiberis (Shengjiang) 9 g.

Explanation
Dang Gui: Tonifying blood and activating blood, alleviating pain.

Rou Gui: Reinforcing fire and strengthening yang, dispelling cold and alleviating pain.

Shao Yao: Replenishing Yin-blood.

Zhi Gan Cao: Together with Shao Yao to promote the production of Yin-fluid, invigorating the liver and nourishing the spleen.

Sheng Jiang: Warming the stomach.

Da Zao: Tonifying the spleen, working together with Sheng Jiang to regulate Ying and Wei.

Administration
Decocted in water for oral dose to be taken three times a day.
