This is a traditional Chinese medicine known as a spleen tonic, and also acts upon the lungs, stomach, heart, gall bladder, liver and large intestine channels. The herbal supplement is used to treat a variety of symptoms and conditions including heart palpitations, shortness of breath, Insomnia, depression, memory problems, difficulty in focusing, weakness, dizziness, poor appetite, Anemia, weight loss, fertility, fibromyalgia, and uterine bleeding.

Dosage:
The standard dosage is 3 tablets taken 2 times daily with or before meals. One bottle lasts 16 days. The dose may be doubled for a quicker and stronger response as needed (e. g., in an acute phase).
