(1) Adopt a supine position, abdomen in, raise both hands to the back head, then raise the upper body and both feet simultaneously to make both hands and both toes touch over the abdomen of the sky. Breath in when raising, while breath out when restoring. Take this exercise twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, 24-32 times for each exercise. With strengthen of the abdominal muscle, patients can increase the repeated times gradually.
(2) Adopt a half squat position, square the shoulder, arch the back, straight the head, keep eyes looking forward, raise both arms parallel to the ground (in consciousness, just like hold the heavy objects in both hands, try to protract), under the condition of keeping both knees unchangeable, try to clip both knees to inner, let the legs, lower abdomen and hip in high tension, last half a minute, then recovery. Take this exercise twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. The times for each exercise can depended to persons’ own conditions.

(4) Massage therapy: overlap the palms, rub them until a hot sensation occurs, then apply pushing and rubbing manipulation from the waist to the sacrococcyx for 100 times, then press Shenmen (HT 7), Taixi (KI3) and Zusanli (ST 36) for one minute.
