Conception vessel: it starts in the uterus (it shoulder include: uterus and ovary of female, testis of male) and comes out of perineal region then ascends to pubic margin (it shoulder include: external genitals).

Thoroughfare vessel: it starts in the uterus with conception.

Governor vessel: it starts from internal genital of lower abdomen; governor vessel of female comes out of vaginal orifice and male’s goes along penis then is distributed over external genitals.

Liver meridian of foot-jueyin: it starts from region of clustered hair grown which is at posterior aspect of great toenail and passes knee joint then ascends along medial side of thigh to pubic hairs and is distributed over external genitals.

Collateral of liver meridian of foot-jueyin: it starts from Ligou acupoint which is at liver meridian and the first branch combines with gallbladder meridian, the second branch ascends along medial aspect of lower limb, it is distributed over testis and penis of male and external genitals of female.

Gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang: it runs downward and passes chest and abdomen then comes out of qi passage which is at groin and is distributed over pubic hairs, then runs wild to hip joint which is at lateral side of thigh.

Divergent collateral of gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang: it starts from gallbladder meridian which is at lateral aspect of thigh and runs obliquely along gallbladder meridian then is distributed over pubic hairs and external genitals and crosses liver meridian.

Uterine vessel: it originates from heart and runs downward then is distributed over uterus.

Kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin: it penetrates from medial aspect of thigh into abdomen and goes along vertebrae then is distributed over kidney and bladder.

Bladder meridian of foot-taiyang: it descends from back to waist; its branch enters into abdomen and is distributed over bladder.

There are 7 meridians, 2 collaterals and 1 divergent collateral which are distributed over internal and external genitals, governor vessel, conception vessel, thoroughfare vessel, uterine meridian, liver meridian and divergent collateral of liver meridian are the regular meridians and which are distributed over internal and external genital organs. Kidney meridian which is distributed over kidney and bladder meridian are associated with internal and external genital organs. Distribution areas of triple energizer meridian, divergent collateral of kidney meridian, divergent collateral of bladder meridian and divergent collateral of liver meridian are associated with internal and external genital organs.
