Small intestine meridian sinew starts from dorsal surface and lateral side of little finger and ascends dorsum of hand then ends at posterior ulnar side of wrist joint (subordination muscles: abductor muscle of little finger, extensor digiti minimi muscle tendon and extensor tendon); ascends from wrist joint to ulnar side of forearm and ends at posterior side of super ankle which is in humerus of elbow joint (subordination muscles: flexor carpi ulnaris and musculus extensor carpi ulnaris); ascends from elbow joint along ulnaris of posterior aspect of upper arm and ends at oxter(subordination muscles: anconeus longus and brachycephaly); goes from oxter to posterior side of armpit and is distributed over shoulder-blade(subordination muscles: supraspinatus, infraspinatus,teres minor muscle,teres major muscle and triangular muscle); ascends from shoulder-blade to neck and goes before bladder meridian sinew then ends at mastoid process behind ear(main subordination muscles: trapezius muscle, levator muscle of scapula, splenius capitis and sternocleidomastoid); penetrates from mastoid process into ear and comes out of anterior side of ear then diverges from two branches. One branch descends from anterior side of ear and ends at lower mandible. Another branch ascends obliquely from anterior side of ear and is distributed over lateral angle of eye (subordination muscles: auricularis posterior, auricularis anterior, masseter, anterior aspect of masseter and parts of orbicularis muscle).

Manifestation of disease of small intestine meridian sinew:
After pathogenic factors of wind, dampness, cold, musculi colli is pain and can not move around, shoulder and muscles of upper arm are tension and pain as break. Muscles of scapular region are relaxation and shoulder and arm can not lift when insufficiency of meridian qi. Little finger is spasm when stagnation of meridian qi.

Manifestation of season disease of meridian sinew:
Lunar calendar June is the third month of summer and Taiyang qi is the main qi in climate. Small intestine meridian is easy stagnation and obstruction of meridian qi, appears spasm of muscles which is at distribution area of small intestine meridian, spasm of lingual muscle and tongue-tied. Treatment: prick quickly on pressure pain point by fire needle until to become effective.
