Stomach sinew meridian originates from tip of the second, third and fourth toes, along the back of toes run upward, end at ankle joint (the main belonging muscles: long extensor muscle of toes and tendons, short extensor muscle of toes), where separate internal and external two branches: the external from the outside of ankle joint run outward to fibula then upward, end at lateral knee joint before fibular head (the main belonging muscles: long extensor muscle of toes, musculus fibularis longus, short fibular muscle), then along lateral thigh run upward, end at greater trochanter of femur (the main belonging muscles: musculus vastus lateralis and rectus femoris). Upward to flank and ribs connect with thoracic vertebrae of the back (the main belonging muscles: vastus lateralis, iliotibial tract, obliquus externus abdominis, serratus anterior, a part of latissimus dorsi muscle). The internal is from ankle joint, up along tibia end at the front of knee joint, the branch cross meridian sinew of gall-bladder meridian end at lateral tibia (the main belonging muscles: tibialis anterior muscle). From knee joint run upward along the front of thigh end at pubis of inguinal groove (the main belonging muscles: rectus femoris muscle, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis).

Upward along two sides of abdomen middle line, end at sternoclavicular joint of Quepen point (the main belonging muscles:
Rectus abdominis and a part of pectoralis major). From upper hind neck to lower mandible (the main belonging muscles: the front part of platysma, muscles of hyoid bone, omohyoid, sternothyroid). Separate two branches at lower mandible: the anterior branch from lower mandible along lateral angle of mouth run upward and cross nasal side, end at nasal part and distribute on lower eyelid, connect with upside taiyang meridian sinew (the main belonging muscles: buccinator, trigonal muscle, orbicularis oris, quadrate muscle of upper lip, nasal muscle and orbicularis oculi). The posterior branch from lower mandible along pars buccalis slope upward and end preauricula (the main belonging muscles: the posterior part of platysma, muscles of hyoid bone, posterior part of digastric).

Manifestation of disease of stomach meridian sinew:
After wind, dampness, cold evil invade, it would cause pain of meridian sinew distribution area, and it may have dyskinesia when it is serious. If stagnation of meridian-QI, it would cause spasm. If insufficiency of meridian-QI, it would cause foot can not raise, tibial muscle atrophy.

Manifestation of season disease of meridian sinew:
Lunar calendar March is the third month of spring and climate is combination of two yangs into ming in March and April. Stomach meridian is easy stagnation or obstruction of meridian-QI; it appears spasm of shin muscle, spasm and pain of middle toe and muscle of thigh, oscheocele. Spasm of muscle of abdomen drafts to musculi colli, because of muscle spasm, face is distortion of commissure. When symptom of cold, eyes can not close and angle of mouth moves outside; when symptoms of heat, eyes are small and can be open, muscle of face is paralysis and limp.

Treatment:
Apply horse grease to the spasm side and cinnamon with wine to the paralysis side, mulberry twig crooks paralytic angle of mouth and lights charcoal of mulberry then broils afflicted part and massages at the same time, patient would better drink wine and eat more cured meat, treatment like this does three times would recover, other pressure pain point of spasm should also be pricked quickly by fire needle until to become effective.
