Triple energizer meridian sinew starts from dorsal side of the fourth finger and ascends to dorsum of palm then ends at dorsal side of wrist joint (subordination muscles: extensor digitorum communis tension of the fourth finger, dorsal interossei); ascends from wrist along lateral side of forearm and ends at dorsal aspect of elbow joint (subordination muscles: extensor muscle of fingers, musculus extensor carpi ulnaris, extensor muscle of little finger and anconeus); ascends from elbow joint and curves around upper arms to shoulder (subordination muscles: long head of triceps brachii, short head of triceps brachii, triangular muscle and trapezius muscle) then ascends from shoulder and passes lateral surface of neck then crosses small intestine meridian sinew (subordination muscles: trapezius muscle and platysma muscle). It diverges from two braches at angle of mandible; one branch penetrates into root of tongue and another branch ascends from angle of mandible then is distributed over teeth, cheek, preauricula and external canthus (main subordination muscles: parts of platysma muscle, jugomaxillary muscle, lower part of temporal muscle and orbicularis muscle), it ascends from external canthus and passes frontal region then ends at frontal angle (subordination muscles: tempotal muscle and lateral parts of frontalis muscle).

Manifestation of disease of triple energizer meridian sinew:
After pathogenic factors of wind, dampness and cold, muscles of cheek, shoulder, posterior side of shoulder and arm, dorsal side of ulnar bone, distribution areas of meridian sinew are pain; little finger and ring finger are dyscinesia. Muscle will be spasm when stagnation of meridian-QI and it appears muscle atrophy when insufficiency of meridian qi.

Manifestation of season disease of meridian sinew:
Lunar calendar June is the third month of summer and the main qi is Shaoyang qi. Triple energizer meridian is easy stagnation or obstruction of meridian-Qi; it appears muscle which is at distribution areas of triple energizer meridian is spasm and spasm or rigidity of lingual muscle then tongue-tied disease. Treatment: prick quickly on pressure pain point by fire needle until to become effective.
