Uterine collaterals are collateral on uterus and link with kidney (collaterals which kidney meridian distributes over uterus). Kidney meridian is distributed over tongue, so if there is disease in uterine collaterals, it can not speak. If yang qi moves internally, it will appear hematuria. 

Uterine collaterals and uterine vessels, one is associated with kidney and one pertains to heart and connects in the uterus. The two are not one vessel, so we can not lump together. There is no record of heart and Xinbao point in original context of uterine collaterals.

Kidney meridian curves around root of the tongue, so if there is disease in uterine collaterals, it can not speak. Kidney meridian is distributed over lung. Five viscera are crippling wilt due to chronic depressed pulmonary. If more sorrowful, uterine collaterals will expire. If yang qi moves internally, it will be metrorrhagia below heart (kidney meridian runs upward and is distributed over heart) and blood in the urine, so it pertains to disease of kidney meridian.
