[Location] Localized in the supine position and with the crura extended or in the erect sitting position and with the knee flexed. On the anterior aspect of the lower leg, 8 cun below ST35 (Dubi), one finger-breadth from the anterior crest of the tibia. (Fig.47)
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→tibialis anterior→crural interosseous membrane→tibialis posterior. Superficial layer, the lateral sural cutaneous nerve: deep layer, the anterior tibial artery and vein, and the deep peroneal nerve. It can be punctured at the peroneal artery, and vein and the tibial nerve if you insert deeply.
