Location:
Lie pronely; on the same level with sacral hiatus, 3 cun apart from the posterior median line latterally.

Function:
Relaxing the muscles and tendons and removing obstruction from the channels and collaterals, strengthening the waist and knee, and regulating the lower-jiao.

Regional Anatomy:
Skin-subcutaneous tissue-greatest gluteal muscle-middle gluteal muscle-least gluteal muscle.
