Symptoms of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease PID which also known as Pelvic Inflammatory Disease is an infection of a woman’s reproductive organs such as uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes. PID can also be caused by some other infections that are not sexually transmitted although it is one of the most serious complications of a sexually transmitted disease. Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are common bacteria of pelvic inflammatory disease. Many women who only have this condition detected when they have trouble getting pregnant or when they develop chronic pelvic pain, they develop pelvic inflammatory disease either experience no signs or symptoms or don't seek treatment.
