Gilles de la Tourettes syndrome is a syndrome or behaviour disorder marked by kinesis, coprophasia and convulsion, which is possibly related to biochemical, psychological and heretary factors. Clinically, small convulsion of the head, trunk and limbs may occur such as nictitation, frown, wry mouth, shaking head, shrug, or kinetic convulsion. Logoclonia manifests strange sounds pronounced from larynx, of which a few syllables, words or sentences are not distinct, or utterance of curses. The disease occurs during childhood or juvenile period, with a long course, spontaneous exacerbation or remission.
