INGREDIENTS
Fresh citron fruit, Fructus Citri 1 to 2
Malt sugar
PROCESS: Cut one or two fresh citron fruit into pieces and put them into a bowl with a lid, add as much malt sugar, then steam it without contacting the water for several hours until the citron fruit becomes a pulp.
DIRECTIONS: Take 10 to 15g of it at a time, twice a day, in the morning and in the evening respectively. The above four recipes are applicable to Painful Menstruation caused by stagnation of the liver-qi.
