The weight of the above medicinal herbs and chicken is in a ratio of 1.2 to 100.
PROCESS: Choose a healthy chicken, kill and scald it in hot water, remove its feathers, cut open its belly, get rid of' its internal organs and extravasated blood, wash it clean and fry it in deep oil; boilit in a cooking pot with stock and medicinal decoction. The decoction is obtained, according to a special prescription, by decocting the above Chinese medicinal herbs first, which are ground into pieces and wrapped up in a piece of cloth, and then, filteririg the medicinal decoction to remove the dregs. When the chicken has been well done (to the extent that the flesh can be easily separated from the bones), take it out from the pot and let it cool before putting it into a bag from which the air is pumped out and which is then, sterilized at 120℃ under high pressure. Let it cool thoroughly and pack it up by hygienic means. Thus, the finished product packed in vacuum can be got.
