INGREDIENTS
Celery, Herba Apii 400g
Water-soaked mushroom, Lentinus Edodes 50g
Salt, vinegar, dry starch, soy sauce, gourmet powder, rape oil (right amount each)
PROCESS: Remove the leaves and roots from the celery and wash it clean. Cut it lengthwise first and then, cut it into sections 2cm long; mix it with salt, stir it for about ten minutes later, rinse it and let it drain. Cut mushrooms into slices and put vinegar, gourmet powder and starch into a bowl; add about 50 ml of water into the bowl to make its contents a thin paste; when the frying pan is hot, pour 30 g of rape oil into the pan, wait till foams on the surface of the oil have disappeared and smoke is sending out before putting in the celery, stir-fry it for 2 or 3 minutes, then put in the mushroom slices, stir-fry them quickly and mix them thoroughly, add soy sauce and stir-fry them for a while , pour the above thin paste into the pan and stir-fry quickly, and then, ladle the dish out for eating.
DIRECTIONS: It can be taken with bread (or cooked rice).
EFFICACY: Calming the liver and clearing heat from the liver, replenishing qi and blood.
INDICATIONS: It is applicable to Headache, dizziness caused by hyperactivity of the liver-yang and can be used as health-improving food for those who suffer from Hypertension (high Blood Pressure), Hyperlipemia, arteriosclerosis and Neurasthenia.
