Ingredients

Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu) 9 g,
Rhizoma Zingiberis (Ganjiang) 9 g,
Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) 9 g,
Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata (Fuzi) 9 g.

Explanation
Fu Zi and Gan Jiang: The principal drugs, warming up Yang-Qi, dispelling pathogenic

cold.

Ren Shen: Invigorating primodial Qi, aiding in transporting and transforming nutrients

and regulating the ascending and descending movement of Qi.

Bai Zhu: Strengthening the spleen and drying dampness.

Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the

other ingredients.
