(1) Local pain, coolness, numbness, muscle spasm and limitation of motion.
(2) Usually pain will break out in the morning, and it will be relieved or disappeared after exercise or hot compress.
(3) Obviously local tenderness.
(4) The pain will disappearing after injecting procaine in pain spot.
Auxiliary examination: No abnormal condition through X-ray, the test result of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and anti streptolysin(ASO) is normal or a little higher.
