Heart meridian sinew starts from palmar surface of little finger and ascends along palmar surface of the fifth metacarpal bone then ends at pisiform bone of wrist; ascends from wrist joint along medial aspect of ulnar bone and ends at ulnar side of elbow joint; ascends from elbow joint along medial side of upper limbs into  armpit and crosses lung meridian sinew; penetrates from  armpit into chest and is distributed over galact then ends at thorax cavity(subordination muscles include: pectoral muscle, internal intercostal muscle); descends from chest and passes diaphragm then ends at unbilical region(subordination muscles include: transversus abdominia aponeurosis, internal oblique muscle of abdomen)

Manifestation of disease of heart meridian sinew:
Disphragmatic muscle and intercostal muscle will be tension and chest will not soothe when there is disease in vessel and collateral.

Manifestation of season disease of meridian sinew:
Lunar calendar December is the third month of winter and Shaoyin qi is the main qi in climate, heart meridian is easy stagnation and obstruction of meridian-QI and appears spasm of deep muscle in abdomen and abdominal viscera muscle which include gastrospasm and palpatable abdominal mass. It is tension in epigastric zone and appears lump and upper punch is cardialgia when it is spasm. Muscles of distribution area of heart meridian are pain because of spasm, lump in abdomen is diabrosis and vomiting of pus and blood when serious, this is dead symptom. You can prick on pressure pain point quickly by fire needle. Cold is spasm such as reflexion, spasm of tendon and heat is paralysis such as retardation of muscle which can not sport and penis can not erect in disease of meridian sinew, disease of yang side will be reflexion and disease of yin side and medial side will bow but not extend. Treatment of cold symptom is with fire needle and heat symptom is with acupuncture needle but not fire needle.

Disease of stomach meridian sinew and small intestine meridian sinew which appears spasm and facial distortion, eyes closing tightly and vision of nothing can use the above method to treat.
