Pericardium meridian sinew starts from palmar surface of middle finger and runs upward then passes from centre of the palm to wrist joint and floats along lung meridian sinew upward, is ends at flexor surface of elbow joint (subordination muscles: volar interosseous muscles, long palmar muscle and flexor carpi ulnaris); ascends along medial side of upper arms and ends at armpit (subordination muscles: medial parts of brachialis, short head of biceps brachii and coracobrachial muscle); goes from armpit and is distributed over anterior and posterior aspects of sternocostal part (subordination muscles: anterior serratus muscle, major pectoral muscle and latissimus dorsi muscle). Its main branch penetrates into armpit, scatters at chest then ends at diaphragm (subordination muscles: internal intercostal muscle, subcostal muscle and diaphragmatic muscle).
