INGREDIENTR
Bean curd 500g
Towel gourd, Fruaus Luffae (with its pulp) 250g
Mushroom, Lentinus Edodes 50g
Pig's trotter 1
Spices (right amount)
PROCESS: Have the pig's trotter and mushroom boiled together, flavour it with scallion, ginger and salt; after they are all done put in the towel gourd and bean curd to make soup.
DIRECTIONS: Take it in three separate portions in one day. Take such soup for five days successively.
