Is there any type of exercise to overcome anaemia?

Health Consultation Description: My mom is suffering from anemia and Low RBC count. She is taking medicine but it is not getting better results. So I want to ask is there anything that she should kept in mind other than medicine. And tell if there is any type of exercise which could help her. Also tell me what should be her daily diet.

Hi, Please follow these tips to overcome anaemia: - Consume plenty of green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, broccoli, beetroot, drumsticks, brinjal, carrot, tomatoes, etc. - Consume fruits like apple, pomegranate, dry fruits like dry grapes, dates, fig, almonds, walnuts, pista, etc. As it contains lot of proteins and vitamins. - Intake of citrus fruits like oranges, musambi helps to increase the absorption of iron as it contains vit. C. - Intake of deficient haematinic supplements like iron, B 12, folic acid, etc according to the peripheral smear reports.

Instructions:
Pork Lard Remedy for Aplastic Anemia
Cut 6 large apples into small cubes and mix them with 350 gr of pork lard.

Bake them in the oven without burning them, though.

While the apples are baking, mix 12 egg yolks with 1 cup of sugar until they turn into a white foamy paste.

Then add 350 gr of grated chocolate.

When they’re baked, take the apples out of the lard by straining them.

Add the apples in the egg and chocolate mix and keep in the refrigerator.

Have this creamy paste on toast in the morning and have a cup of hot milk afterwards.
