Ingredients
Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shanyao) 30 g,
Huai Niu Xi 30 g,
Haematitum (Zheshi) 24 g,
Os Draconis (Longgu) 18 g,
Ostrea cucullata Born (Muli) 18 g,
Radix Rehmanniae (Shengdihuang) 18 g,
Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishaoyao) 12 g,
Semen Biotae (Baiziren) 12 g.

Explanation
Sheng Di, Shan Yao, Bai Shao and Bai Zi Ren: Tonifying the liver and kidney.

Dai Zhe Shi, Long Gu and Mu Li: Checking the adverse flow of Qi by its heavy nature.

Niu Xi: Activating blood and dredging meridians, tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening tendon and bone, promoting diuresis and relieving stranguria, conducting fire (blood) to go downward.

Administration
Decoct in red water for oral dose to be taken twice.
