The operator presses his two thumbs down to the prominent end of fracture with other four fingers respectively overlapped and encircling the sunken end of fracture. First enlarge the angulation of fracture until the cortexes on the same side of two broken ends meet against each other, then suddenly correct the angulation, making the two ends of fracture parapositoned. It is suitable for the overlapped displacement in transverse or serrated fracture that can not be corrected by traction of hand force only. In operation, the operator and his assistant should work coordinately, properly and swiftly. This bending and apposing manipulation should be taken with caution, and the operation should be performed carefully for fear that the broken end should damage important tissues.
