1) People can knead the abdomen in the direction of clockwise and anticlockwise for 5 minutes respectively when lying on bed; and press the Tianshu, Zusanli and Guanyuan for 3 minutes respectively; it is helpful to improve the abdominal discomfort and the diarrhea.
2) Take exercise such as jogging and climbing to strengthen the resistance and constitution.
3) Keep a balance between work and rest; take exercise and labor work for half and hour daily until a little sweat is gained. It is helpful to strengthen the constitution, assuring normal circulation of the qi and blood.
