Chief Manifestation:

Blood Examination: lightly increased leucocyte in routine blood test and increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)
The routine stool test: normal, a little leucocyte and red blood cell can be seen; the pathogenic bacteria can be found if the disease is caused by the bacterial infection.
