(1) Rub Yongquan (KI 1): Sit with legs crossed together, rub two hands until they are hot, then hold the surface of the foot with both hot hands, rub with force from the roots of toes, along with the line from the ankle joint to Sanyinjiao (SP6) for 20-30 times, then rub Yongquan (KI 1) by the right hand and left hand respectively with uniform speed.
