Stomach meridian runs obliquely outward from inguinal artery to rectus femoris and descends along rectus femoris then passes whirbone, lateral side of tibia to upper aspect of ankle joint and descends along dorsum of foot to lateral side of second digit of foot. Branch goes from outside of main trunk to lateral side of the third digit of foot at 3 cun below knee joint. It diverges one branch from dorsum of foot and runs obliquely to medial aspect of big toe.

Stomach meridian crosses spleen meridian at Fenglong (ST 40) acupoint, crosses large intestine meridian at Shangjuxu (ST 37) acupoint, crosses small intestine meridian at Xiajuxu acupoint and crosses lung meridian at Yinbai acupoint.

Biguan, Futu, Yinshi, Liangqiu, Dubi, Zusanli (ST 36), Shangjuxu, Tiaokkou, Fenglong, Xiajuxu, Jiexi, Chongyang, Xiangu, Neiting (ST44), Lidui.

Distribution lines of collateral of stomach meridian of foot-yangming:
Collateral of stomach meridian diverges two branches from Fenglong acupoint, one branch crosses spleen meridian and another branch ascends along the regular meridian into abdomen.

Distribution lines of divergent collateral of stomach meridian of foot-yangming:
Divergent collateral of stomach meridian diverges at 1/3 before thigh and ascends along the regular meridian into abdomen.
