Hemorrhagic syndrome refers to discharge of blood from nine orifices or extravasated blood diffusing in the skin, resulting from failure of blood to circulate in the vessels. It includes epistaxis, gingival hemorrhage, hemoptysis, hematemesis, hematuria, hemafecia and hemokelidosis in internal medicine. Patients with hemorrhagic syndrome may have the following symptoms:
1. Preceding upper respiratory tract symptoms
2. Preceding vomiting
3. Preceding diarrhea
4. Reduced muscle tone
5. Seizures
6. High temperature
7. Multiple organ dysfunction
8. Encephalopathy
9. Low blood pressure
10. Bloody diarrhea
11. Disseminated intravascular coagulation
12. Myoglobinuria
13. Livery dysfunction
14. Kidney dysfunction
15. Brain hemorrhage
16. Organ hemorrhage
