INGREDIENTS
Fresh water chestnut, Bulbus Heleocharis Tuberosae (with no skin), 15g
Jellyfish, Rhopilema (It must be soaked, rinsed out the salt and cut up), 30g
Sinchuan fritillary bulb, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, 9g
PROCESS: Decoct in a right amount of water all the ingredients over slow fire for an hour.
DIRECTIONS: The decoction is for drinking and the water chestnut and jellyfish are for eating. It is to be taken in two separate doses each day. Its indications are the same as those of Sichuan Fritillary Bulb and Pear Steamed with Additions.
