INGREDIENTS
Pork lung (washed clean), 100g
Radix Astragali (Huangqi) root, 30g
Polished round-grained rice, Semen Oryzae Sativae, 100g
Green Chinese onion, Bulbus Allii Fistulosi (right amount)
Fresh ginger, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (right amount)
Table salt (right amount)
Gourmet powder (right amount)
PROCESS: First wash the pork lung clean, boil it in a right amount of water. When it is almost done, ladle it out and dice it for later use. Then decoct the astragalus root and remove the dregs. Put the rice and the diced pork lung into the decoction and make them into gruel. Finally season the gruel with the green Chinese onion, ginger, table salt and gourmet powder.
DIRECTIONS: To be taken in two separate doses each day. It is applicable to Chronic Bronchitis manifested as the type of insufficiency of the lung-yin.
