Ingredients
Radix Astragali (Huangqi) 30 g,
Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) 6 g,
Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu) 6 g,
Radix Codonopsis (Dangshen) 9 g,
Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishaoyao) 6 g,
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) 3 g,
Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Suanzaoren)">Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Suanzaoren) 6 g,
Semen Persicae (Taoren) 4.5 g,
Flos Carthami (Honghua) 4.5 g.

Explanation
Huang Qi: Invigorating strongly the Qi of the spleen and lung so as to promote the production of blood.

Bai Zhu: Tonifying spleen qi, drying dampness and inducing diuresis.

Dang Gui and Bai Shao: Nourishing blood and regulating Ying.

Zhi Gan Cao: Replenishing Qi and regulating the function of the middle-Jiao.

Hong Hua and Tao Ren: Activating blood and resolving stasis.

Suan Zao Ren: Nourishing the liver-blood and calming the mind.

Dang Shen: Invigorating lung-qi and spleen-qi, nourishing blood, and promoting the generation of body fluid.

Administration
