Inadequate eruption of measles, cough with fever, polydypsia, dark urine.

Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng) 1.5 g,
Herba Menthae (Bohe) 0.6 g,
Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) 0.6 g,
Caulk; Akebiae (Mutong) 2.5 g,
Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao) 2.5 g,
Fructus Arctii (Niubangzi)  2.5 g,
Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Xingren) 2.5 g,
Lophatherum gracile (Zhuye) 2.5 g.

Explanation
Sheng Ma and Jing Jie: Promoting the eruption of measles and removing toxicity.

Jing Jie, Fang Feng, Niu Bang Zi and Bo He: Relieving exterior syndrome, aiding Sheng Ma and Ge Gen in promoting eruption.

Zhi Qiao, Jie Geng, Qian Hu and Xing Ren: Diffusing the lung qi, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough.

Lian Qiao: Clearing the heat of upper-jiao.

Mu Tong: Clearing heat.

Zhu Ye: Clearing heat and relieving restlessness.

Gan Cao: Removing toxicity, invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Administration
Decocted in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
