1) Syndrome of hypofunction of the spleen and stomach:
Acupoints selected: Belt Channel (GB26), Ciliao (BL32), Zhongji (CV3), Pishu (BL20), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Qihai (CV 6).
Scraping sequence: First scrape from Pishu (BL20) to Ciliao (BL32), then scrape Belt Channel (GB26), and from Qihai (CV 6) to Zhongji (CV3), lastly scrape Sanyinjiao (SP6).
Scraping method: Reinforcing method. Apply right amount of Scraping Oil to the parts, first scrape from Pishu (BL20) to Ciliao (BL32) with the corner of the scraping board from top to bottom without pause until a local red speckle occurs, then scrape Belt Channel (GB26) from medioventral line to midaxillary line from inner to outer, then from left to right, then scrape from Qihai (CV 6) to Zhongji (CV3) from top to bottom with the corner of the scraping board for 30 times until a local red speckle occurs, lastly scrape Sanyinjiao (SP6) for 30 times until a local red speckle occurs.
2) Syndrome of downward migration of damp-toxin:
Acupoints selected: Belt Channel (GB26), Ciliao (BL32), Zhongji (CV3), Yinlingquan (SP9).
Scraping sequence: First scrape Ciliao (BL32), then scrape Belt Channel (GB26), then scrape Zhongji (CV3), lastly scrape Yinlingquan (SP9).
Scraping method: Reinforcing method. Apply right amount of Scraping Oil to the parts, first scrape Ciliao (BL32) from top to bottom until a local red speckle occurs, then scrape Belt Channel (GB26) from medioventral line to midaxillary line from inner to outer, then from left to right, then scrape Zhongji (CV3) from top to bottom with the edge of the scraping board.
3) Syndrome of kidney yin asthenia:
Acupoints selected: Belt Channel (GB26), Zhongji (CV3), Ciliao (BL32), Shenshu (BL23), Taixi (KI3), Sanyinjiao (SP6).
Scraping sequence: First scrape from Shenshu (BL23) to Ciliao (BL32), then scrape Belt Channel (GB26) and Zhongji (CV3), scrape Sanyinjiao (SP6), lastly scrape Taixi (KI3).
Scraping method: Reinforcing method.
4) Syndrome of kidney yang asthenia:
Acupoints selected: Belt Channel (GB26), Zhongji (CV3), Ciliao (BL32), Guanyuan (CV 4), Mingmen (GV 4), Shenshu (BL23), Zusanli (ST 36).
Scraping sequence: First scrap from Shenshu (BL23) to Mingmen (GV 4) and Ciliao (BL32) on the back, then scrape Belt Channel (GB26), then scrape from Guanyuan (CV 4) to Zhongji (CV3) on the abdomen, lastly scrape Zusanli (ST 36) on the lower limbs.
