Gallbladder meridian starts from lateral side of groin and passes superior aspect of hip joint then curves to posterior side of hip joint and descends along lateral side of thigh to knee joint, it passes lower aspect of capitulum fibulae and descends along fibula then goes lateral malleolus and passes between the fourth digit of foot and the fifth digit of foot to lateral aspect of the fourth digit of foot. It diverges at ankle joint and runs obliquely along dorsum of foot to lateral side of big toe.

Gallbladder meridian crosses bladder meridian at Huantiao acupoint, crosses liver meridian at Guangming (GB 37) acupoint, crosses bladder meridian and stomach meridian at Xuanzhong acupoint and crosses liver meridian at Dadun acupoint.

Huantiao, Fengshi, Zhongdu (LR6), Yangguan, Yanglingquan, Yangjiao (GB 35), Waiqiu, Guangming, Yangfu, Xuanzhong, Qiuxu, Linqi, Diwuhui, Xiaxi, Qiaoyin.
Distribution lines of collateral of gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang:
Collateral of gallbladder meridian diverges two branches from Guangming acupoint. One branch crosses spleen meridian and another branch descends front of the regular meridian then is distributed in dorsum of foot.
