Distribution lines of yin heel vessel:
Yin heel vessel ascends from fossa of clavicle and curves around lower mandible then runs upward along angle of mouth to medial angle of eye.

Crossing meridians and collaterals of yin heel vessel:
Yin heel vessel crosses stomach meridian, large intestine meridian, conception vessel, thoroughfare vessel and yang heel vessel at Dicang acupoint, crosses large intestine meridian, stomach meridian, conception vessel and yang heel vessel at Juliao acupoint, crosses bladder meridian, stomach meridian, large intestine meridian, divergent collateral  of heart meridian, divergent collateral  of stomach meridian and yang heel vessel at Jingming (BL 1) acupoint. There is no origination acupoint at yin heel vessel.

Thoroughfare vessel
Distribution lines of thoroughfare vessel:
Thoroughfare vessel ascends from both sides of trachea and links with oral lip.

Crossing meridians and collaterals of thoroughfare vessel:
Thoroughfare vessel crosses governor vessel, conception vessel and liver meridian at Duiduan, Yinjiao acupoints, crosses stomach meridian, large intestine meridian, conception vessel, yang heel vessel and yin heel vessel at Dicang (ST4) acupoint. There is no origination acupoint at thoroughfare vessel of head.
